Service Description
$400 + GST minimum booking, which includes: Up to 8 participants 2 hours of exclusive studio use 1–2 instructional staff (depending on group size and project) Each participant creates one handbuilt ceramic piece All clay, tools, and materials included Pieces will be ready for pickup in approximately 3 weeks to allow time for proper drying and firing During the booking process, we will provide a list of handbuilding projects to choose from. This package includes a small to medium-sized project per participant. One project will be selected and confirmed for the entire group at the time of booking. Larger project options may be available for an additional fee. A few quick notes: Additional makers can join for $45 + GST each You’re welcome to bring food and non-alcoholic drinks - just bring your own plates, cups, and cutlery We are fully licenced and can provide a set priced menu of drinks and light snacks if requested The booking fee remains the same even if the final headcount is lower than 8
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. 10+ days’ notice: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee 5 – 9 days’ notice: 50% refund Less than 5 days’ notice: No refund, as studio time is unlikely to be rebooked on short notice. In these cases, we may offer a one-time studio credit toward a future private event booking, valid for 3 months, at the studio’s discretion.
