Pottery Painting Party
Base price includes up to 8 participants
Service Description
$300 + GST minimum booking, which includes: Up to 8 painters 2 hours of exclusive use of the studio One pottery piece per participant (up to $30 value) All paints, supplies, and kiln firing included Priority firing (pieces are typically ready within 8 days) We will set up a separate table with a curated selection of pieces (all $30 and under) to help keep costs within the party price. If you prefer, guests can also choose from the full shelves. Any items over $30 can be paid for on the day of the event - totally at your discretion. A few quick notes: If a piece under $30 is selected, there’s no refund Additional painters can join for $30 + GST each You’re welcome to bring food and non-alcoholic drinks - just bring your own plates, cups, and cutlery We are fully licenced and can provide a set priced menu of drinks and light snacks if requested The booking fee remains the same even if the final headcount is lower than 8
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. 10+ days’ notice: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee 5 – 9 days’ notice: 50% refund Less than 5 days’ notice: No refund, as studio time is unlikely to be rebooked on short notice. In these cases, we may offer a one-time studio credit toward a future private event booking, valid for 3 months, at the studio’s discretion.
